Frequently Asked Questions
When is pick-up and drop-off?
Drop-off is at the pavilion across from the dining hall from 3:00-4:00pm on Sunday afternoon. Pick-up is after closing worship and lunch at 11:30am which parents are encouraged to join us at!
Can we send camper mail?
Absolutely! You can either mail to our address, 7821 Lyons Creek Rd, drop off the mail to be handed out at drop-off, or you can do our most preferred way—camper email. If you send an email with your child’s name in the subject line to email@example.com, they will receive this letter at noon each day during lunch.
Is there a camp store?
Yes! Parents are encouraged to leave money for their child in the “bank” that we keep track of. During the week, kids are allowed to spend their money in the “bank” and at the end of the week parents can cash out any money not spent.
Is the food good?
YES. Our amazing chef Vicky graces us with her cooking each summer, and the kids always rave about it.
Can we bring snacks?
No you may not! We do not allow snacks in the cabin to discourage critters from entering. However, we have three meals a day and a nightly snack, so no worries about going hungry!
Can I have my phone?
In order to experience the amazing creation God has graced us with, we do not allow phones at camp.
What if I need to pick up my camper early?
No worries! When you come for registration be sure to speak with a site coordinator while they are checking you in, and we will do our best to accommodate. If you have concerns, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm this early pick-up.
